The Advocate Group are excited to partner once again with the one and only O'Donnell Moonshine. Transporting us back to the vibes of the 1920's Prohibition, this liqueur spirit brand is bringing customers an unique drinking experience with their blended flavours and traditional 'Mason Jars'.
From breaking into the market in 2016, O'Donnell Moonshine has enjoyed a successful year-on-year growth and are now looking forward to welcoming their first Senior Brand Manager to head up the UK Marketing function. The Senior Brand Manager will be instrumental in establishing O'Donnell Moonshine as a household brand, defining and implementing the marketing strategy across the UK.
Key Responsibilities:
Break down barriers in the drinks industry through effective and influential marketing
Define the brand story for the UK, creating a vision for consumers to think of when they see the products
Lead and develop a marketing team, fostering a collaborative and high-performing culture
Translate business goals into specific marketing activities & initiatives.
Develop and execute campaigns that effectively utilise digital channels (email marketing, pay-per-click (PPC), SEO, social media) and traditional marketing (e.g. PR, print etc.) where appropriate.
Ideal Experience:
Proven experience in a similar role within the drinks industry, on-trade or off-trade
Strong understanding of the UK market and consumer trends,
Experienced with digital and traditional marketing tools and platforms
Demonstrated experience in managing budgets, planning and executing campaigns
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
Package:
£55,000 - £65,000
10% discretionary annual bonus
28 days holiday plus bank holidays
