Responsibilities
Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive service visits on BMS installations.
Diagnose and resolve software, hardware, communication, and controls-related faults.
Perform system modifications, upgrades, and optimisation works.
Analyse trends and system performance to improve energy efficiency and operational reliability.
Ensure all work is completed safely and in accordance with company and client procedures.
Desired Experience
Proven experience working within the Building Management Systems (BMS) industry.
Strong knowledge of one or more major BMS platforms.
Strong fault-finding and diagnostic capabilities.
Good understanding of HVAC controls, plant operation, and building services.
Experience working in critical environments such as data centres, hospitals, or large commercial facilities would be advantageous.
Full UK driving licence.
