As a Senior Recruitment Consultant representing our client, you'll leverage your 2-3 years of agency experience to drive success in key sectors. Your responsibilities will include sourcing and placing candidates, nurturing client relationships, and contributing to business growth through proactive sales efforts. This role is for someone who wants to get on the management track quickly to progress into a branch management role.

Key Responsibilities:

* Utilize your industry expertise to attract and engage candidates across various channels.

* Conduct thorough assessments to ensure candidate suitability for available roles.

* Foster strong relationships with clients and candidates, delivering exceptional service throughout the recruitment process.
