The salary for this permanent Digital Pathology & Quality Manager job is £42,000 - £50,000 per annum.

Main Duties:

Collaborate with key partners to implement aspects of the digital strategy. This includes:
Development and maintenance of the scanning service
Training others on digital processes
Monitoring the quality of scanned reports
Ensure policy and procedural documents are established to meet accreditation requirements
Work closely with the Technical Services Manager to maintain the quality of client reports and provide support during inquiries and audits
Assist in the implementation and monitoring of a new Laboratory at St Ives.
Support the training program within the organization to enhance staff development.
Draft documents and reports, summarise issue statuses, evaluate outcomes, and provide progress reports to the Backlogs Management Team.
Requirements of the Digital Pathology & Quality Manager:

Possession of a postgraduate level qualification equivalent to an MSc in Cell Pathology
Active HCPC registration
Demonstrated experience in a diagnostic Cell Pathology laboratory
Exceptional communication skills
