£40,000 - £48,000 p/annum

Package:
£40,000 - £48,000 p/annum
Fully Remote Working
Duties:
Oversee and manage a team of BIM technicians, providing guidance and support
Audit Revit models to ensure accuracy and compliance with project standards
Manage project resources effectively to ensure timely completion of deliverables
Ensure all project deadlines are met and communicate progress to stakeholders
Create and review technical architectural drawing packages using Revit
Perform advanced architectural modelling within Revit to a high degree of proficiency
Requirements:
Degree Qualified in BIM / Architecture or similar field (or equivalent qualification)
Expert user of Revit
Proven experience in producing technical architectural drawing packages
Excellent communication skills (written and verbal English) are essential
Hard-working, diligent, with great attention to detail
Demonstrated leadership and team management abilities, particularly in BIM teams
Must be UK based and have the right to live and work in the UK
