???? Role Purpose

We are looking for a Senior Bid Writer to join our team. 

[1.1]. In this pivotal role, you will take ownership of the development and production of high-quality written and visual responses for major pre-qualifications (PQQs) and bids [1.1, 3.1]. You will ensure our submissions fully answer client requirements while clearly communicating technical infrastructure solutions [1.1].

????️ Key Accountabilities

Mastermind Tender Content: Draft original, high-scoring responses for complex PQQs and Tenders, including bespoke methodologies, case studies, and corporate capabilities [3.1].

Lead Storyboarding: Facilitate and own strategic storyboarding sessions with technical Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to map out winning answers from concept to completion [3.6].

Integrate Visual Solutions: Conceptualise and prepare impactful graphics, flow charts, diagrams, and organisation charts to support a world-class submission layout [1.1, 3.7].

Drive Quality & Compliance: Manage the red review process, assessing contributors' first drafts, providing constructive feedback, and editing/proofreading documentation to a uniformly high standard [3.5, 3.8].

Support Bid Leadership: Work alongside the Head of Bid Management, Business Development Managers, and Bid Managers to coordinate resources and manage submission data [3.2, 3.3].

Knowledge & Systems Management: Lead internal Knowledge Management, re-work existing pre-written corporate content, and manage the Document Management System [3.11, 3.12, 3.13].

Deliver Under Pressure: Manage multiple workstreams simultaneously, contributing to the final publication and timely submission of bids in a high-pressure environment [3.10, 3.14].
