You will be responsible for the entire bid process, crafting winning proposals that drive business growth.
About the Role:
Lead the process from start to finish; craft the bid plan, manage resources, ensure everything meets the company’s standards, and get the necessary approvals.
Develop winning proposals: work with stakeholders and internal teams to create compelling proposals that hit the nail on the head for customers, while aligning with internal strategy.
Oversee best practices, monitor progress, and continuously improve the bid procedures.
About You:
Extensive experience of leading multi-disciplinary bid teams in a commercial environment, ideally within defence or aerospace.
Proven bid and proposal management track record of delivering high quality, persuasive proposals on time.
Comprehensive experience and knowledge of the bid life cycle.
Excellent technical writing skills and experience generating compelling proposal content.

You will be successful in this role if you are an ambitious Bid Manager with experience working on bids from start to finish in a highly regulated environment.
