Position: Senior Bartender
Location: Kelvedon, Essex
Work Model: 48 hours per week
Salary: £28000 - £30000 (dependent on experience)
We have partnered with an historic and elegant restaurant based in Kelvedon who are seeking a Head Bartender to oversee the daily operations of their bars, ensuring the highest standards of beverage quality and service.
Main Duties
* Supervise all bar areas to ensure top-notch beverage quality and service.
* Adhere to company standards of preparation, recipes, and presentation.
* Assist in staffing and inventory management.
* Collaborate with management and bar staff to maintain efficiency and quality.
* Ensure compliance with health, safety, and food regulations.
Requirements
* 2 years' bartending experience.
* Basic knowledge of HACCP.
* Excellent communication skills and positive attitude.
* Self-motivated with a commitment to success.
* Flexible, enthusiastic, and confident.
* Strong organizational abilities.
