Position Overview:
My client is seeking a seasoned Senior Backend Developer with extensive experience in Solidity, Rust, Java, Golang, and a deep understanding of blockchain technology. As a senior member of our development team, you will lead the design, implementation, and optimization of backend systems for complex blockchain projects, contributing your expertise to drive innovation and excellence.
Responsibilities:
Lead the architecture and development of backend solutions for blockchain-based applications and protocols.
Design and implement high-performance, scalable, and secure backend systems in Solidity, Rust, Java, and Golang.
Mentor and guide junior developers, providing technical leadership and expertise in blockchain development best practices.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define technical requirements and ensure alignment with project goals.
Conduct code reviews, performance analysis, and optimization to maintain the reliability and efficiency of backend systems.
Stay abreast of emerging technologies and industry trends, integrating new tools and methodologies to enhance development processes.
Drive innovation through research, experimentation, and prototyping of new blockchain technologies and solutions.
Requirements:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
5+ years of professional experience as a Backend Developer with a focus on blockchain technology.
Proficiency in Solidity, Rust, Java, and Golang programming languages.
Expertise in designing and implementing complex backend systems for blockchain-based applications.
In-depth understanding of blockchain fundamentals, consensus mechanisms, and cryptographic principles.
Experience with smart contract development, decentralized application (dApp) deployment, and blockchain protocol development.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
Excellent communication and collaboration abilities, with a track record of working effectively in cross-functional teams.
Proven leadership experience, with the ability to mentor and inspire junior developers.
