Are you an experienced AV Engineer looking to work on premium smart home and high-end residential projects?
We're recruiting for a growing Smart Home & AV Integration specialist with an outstanding reputation for delivering cutting-edge home automation, networking, and luxury residential AV systems. This is an opportunity to take a lead role on exciting installations while developing your technical expertise and mentoring junior engineers.

The Opportunity
As a Senior AV Engineer, you'll lead the installation, commissioning, and integration of advanced smart home and AV systems across luxury residential projects.
You'll work closely with Project Managers, clients, and other trades to ensure every installation is delivered to the highest possible standard.
Projects include:
Home Automation Systems | Multi-Room Audio & Video | Lighting Control Systems | Advanced Home Networking | Cinema Rooms & Media Spaces | High-End Residential AV Integration
What the Client is looking for
Proven AV installation experience
Knowledge of smart home and home automation systems
Strong networking and IT skills (TCP/IP, routers, wireless networks)
Experience reading technical drawings and wiring schematics
Excellent fault-finding and troubleshooting skills
Strong client-facing communication skills
Full UK Driving Licence
Desirable Experience

AVPro Edge
Ubiquiti
Ruckus
CEDIA or AVIXA certifications would be advantageous but are not essential.
