Ready to lead, influence and make your mark?
This is an opportunity for an ambitious Senior Associate Electrical Engineer to take a leading role in a growing Cambridge Building Services team.
We're looking for more than a technically strong engineer. We want someone who can command a room, build lasting client relationships, develop talented engineers and turn opportunities into successful projects.
What's in it for you?
Leadership: Take ownership of major electrical design projects across commercial, residential, healthcare, education and public sector sectors.
Influence: Become a trusted adviser to clients and play a key role in shaping project outcomes.
Growth: Help win new work, strengthen existing relationships and contribute to the continued expansion of the Cambridge team.
Development: Mentor engineers, support chartership and raise technical standards across the business.
Commercial impact: Have a genuine say in project delivery, fee proposals, resource planning and business performance. Who are we looking for?
An experienced electrical building services engineer with strong technical credentials, commercial awareness and the confidence to lead from the front. You'll bring client-facing experience, a passion for developing people and the ambition to help grow a successful team.
Chartered or working towards chartership, with a strong background in multidisciplinary building services consultancy.
The next step?
If you're ready to move beyond project delivery and take on a role where your technical expertise, leadership and commercial instincts can make a real difference, let's talk.
