About the Role
A leading law firm is seeking a Senior/Principal Associate to join its Birmingham Corporate team, handling high-quality M&A, private equity, joint ventures and group restructurings.
The team advises regional, national and international clients across sectors including engineering, aerospace, defence, life sciences, technology and real estate.
About You
Strong corporate law experience, particularly M&A and/or private equity.
Excellent technical, commercial and client management skills.
Experience managing transactions with minimal supervision.
Strong relationship-building and business development abilities.
