Senior / Principal Associate - Affordable Housing

Location: Birmingham | PQE: 6+ | Role: Full-Time, Hybrid

About the Role

A leading law firm is seeking a Senior/Principal Associate to join its growing Affordable Housing & Development team.

You will advise registered providers, local authorities and investors on:

Land acquisitions and disposals.

Title due diligence.

Property development and portfolio transactions.

Affordable housing investment.

Development and building agreements.

Grant funding and joint ventures.

About You

6+ years' PQE in affordable housing, commercial property or development.

Strong technical and client management skills.

Commercially focused with excellent attention to detail.

Proactive, collaborative and keen to develop a long-term career.
