Our client, a growing architectural practice based in Worthing, are seeking a Senior Architectural Technologist to join its expanding team. The successful Senior Architectural Technologist will be working for a company that specialise in the design and delivery of a variety of projects predominantly within the residential, commercial and mixed-use sectors.

Senior Architectural Technologist Position Overview

Working on a range of exciting residential, commercial and mixed-use projects
Liaising with clients
Produce technical details / drawings
Assisting with any issues quickly
Liaising with clients and stakeholders
Working across projects at all RIBA stages
Working on projects within various sectors
Technical detailing
Run projects
Produce high-quality drawings on Revit and AutoCAD
Develop project briefs and work on these as the project progresses
Going to site and producing various reports

Senior Architectural Technologist Position Requirements

Minimum 5 years' relevant UK experience
Highly motivated & strong work ethic
Residential experience highly advantageous
High technical ability
Based in or around Worthing
Ability to help / mentor colleagues
Revit / AutoCAD knowledge highly advantageous

Senior Architectural Technologist Position Remuneration

Competitive salary (£30,000 - £45,000 DOE)
