Location: Skipton, Yorkshire

Salary: £38-45,000 DOE

Produce high-quality architectural drawings and technical documentation using AutoCAD
Prepare planning, building regulations, and construction drawing packages
Assist in the delivery of a wide range of rural development, diversification, and property projects
Liaise with clients, consultants, contractors, and statutory authorities
Coordinate design information across multidisciplinary project teams
Undertake site visits and surveys as required
Ensure projects are delivered accurately, efficiently, and in accordance with relevant regulations and standards
Contribute to project planning, technical problem-solving, and successful project deliveryIdeal Candidate

Experienced Senior Architectural Technician with relevant project experience
Strong proficiency in AutoCAD and technical drawing production
Demonstrable experience preparing planning and construction documentation
Good understanding of UK planning, building regulations, and construction processes
Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently while contributing effectively within a collaborative team environment
Comfortable working across a varied project portfolio and managing multiple priorities
Full UK driving licence desirable
