Our client, a highly reputable architectural practice, are seeking a talented Senior Architect to join their expanding team to work on a range of projects within their London Studio.
The successful Senior Architect will evidence keen attention to detail and high-quality examples of work. Senior Architect Position Remuneration
Competitive salary £48,000 - £55,000 DOE (potentially more for a Senior candidate)

Senior Architect Position Overview
Delivery of architectural projects through all work / RIBA stages
Work on an exciting range of conservation / historic buildings
Occasional site visits
Submission of planning / building regs
Coordinate the design and production of comprehensive design information
Prepare and produce plans and documents for statutory approvals
Lead a design team as well as team meetings
Senior Architect Position Requirements
ARB or RIBA Qualified Architect with 5 + years' experience within the UK
Excellent design and drawing skills
Experience or enthusiasm working with historic buildings
Proven experience working on all RIBA stages
Qualifications within Heritage / Conservation would be an advantage
Have ability to manage day-to-day project running independently
Have the ability to work successfully within a team
Personable, confident and with a strong sense of team spirit
Competent in technical detailing
Proficient using AutoCAD, knowledge of Revit and NBS (Chorus) would also be desirable
