Description:

Would you like to work for a design focused indepdnent practice of 10 people on cutting edge healthcare and housing projects? If so please read on as due to being instructed on exciting new commissions they are now looking for a Senior Architect.

You will play the a 'lead role' on projects managing a team delivering high quality schemes at different stages. This role will see you building good relationships with clients, consultants and contractors.

We are looking to hear from RIBA Chartered Architects with a minimum of 5 yers pqe who can run projects at different stages. You will have a good understanding of REVIT and NBS chorus and be able to ensure budgets and timeframes are being adhered to.

They have a low staff turnover and have a good agile working system in place along with 25 days of holiday and a Christmas shut down. There is very good scope to progress within the hierarchy along with a decent company pension scheme and healthcare plan
