Our client, a highly reputable architectural practice, are seeking a talented Senior Architect to join their expanding team to work on a range of projects within their London Studio.
The successful Senior Architect will evidence keen attention to detail and high-quality examples of work. Our client offer a rewarding and supportive environment for both personal and professional development. The role will be to assist with daily support in the use of Revit as well as providing technical knowledge to help deliver projects to various RIBA stages of work. The successful Senior Architect will work closely with the Head of BIM in implementing BIM Standards as well as monitoring and training around these.
Senior Architects should be able to demonstrate full working knowledge of UK BIM standards including BS EN ISO 19650 suite along with associated standards, PAS & BS 1192 suite of standards along with delivery of Government Softa Landings using COBie.

Day to day internal support for Revit/AutoCAD applications
Audit and compliance with standards; especially contractual Level/Stage 2 BIM requirements.
Maintaining the project BIM Execution Plan, Master Information Delivery Plan, et
Managing the project Common Data Environments (CDE) Aconex along with management of the project BIM 360 environment
Provide support around model management including BIM planning, collaboration, and coordination
Support in maintaining, issuing, and federation of stakeholder's models
Coordination and Clash Detection Meetings with Design TeamSenior Architect Position Requirements
Good technical skillset
ARB / RIBA Chartered Architect
Excellent Revit knowledge
BIM 360 knowledge
Navisworks experience
Twinmotion experience, desirable
BIM Certified, desirable
Have the ability to work successfully within a team
Personable, confident and with a strong sense of team spirit
