An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Senior Architect to join a growing architectural practice based in Royal Leamington Spa.

The practice is looking for a confident Architect with strong design and technical capabilities, who is ready to take the next step in their career. You will play a key role in delivering projects, managing client relationships and contributing to the continued development of the practice.

There is a clear progression pathway into an Associate Architect position, offering the opportunity to take on increased responsibility, develop leadership skills and play a greater role in the direction of the business.

Key responsibilities for this Senior Architect role:

Lead and manage architectural projects across the hospitality sector, from concept through to completion.

Oversee design development, technical delivery and project coordination.

Manage client relationships and liaise with consultants and contractors.

Produce and review detailed drawings, specifications and technical information.

Coordinate project teams, programmes and resources.

Support and mentor junior members of the team.

Contribute to the continued growth and development of the practice.

Take on increasing leadership and business development responsibilities as you progress towards Associate level.

Key requirements for this Senior Architect role:

Qualified Architect with proven experience in a Senior Architect or similar position.

Strong design, technical and project delivery experience.

Experience managing projects across multiple RIBA stages.

Excellent communication and client-facing skills.

Confident managing projects and coordinating wider teams.

Experience using Vectorworks desirable.

Hospitality and hotel sector experience beneficial.
