Senior Architect
Our well established client is currently recruiting for a highly skilled and experienced Senior Architect with proficiency in Building Information Modeling (BIM) and Revit to join our esteemed team. As a Senior Architect, you will play a key role in leading BIM implementation efforts, driving project success, and mentoring junior staff members. Responsibilities:
Lead the development and implementation of BIM processes and workflows within the firm, ensuring efficient project delivery and adherence to BIM standards and best practices.
Collaborate with project teams to establish BIM execution plans, project requirements, and deliverables, integrating BIM technology throughout all project phases.
Provide leadership and technical expertise in the use of Revit software, developing and maintaining Revit families, templates, and project models to support project needs.
Generate accurate and detailed BIM models, drawings, and documentation for architectural projects, ensuring compliance with design intent, regulatory requirements, and industry standards.
Conduct BIM coordination meetings, clash detection analyses, and model reviews to resolve conflicts and optimize project efficiency.
Mentor and train junior staff members in BIM methodologies, tools, and techniques, fostering their professional growth and development within the firm.Requirements:
Minimum 10 years of experience in architectural practice.
Proficiency in BIM software, particularly Revit, with a strong understanding of BIM principles, processes, and workflows.
Experience leading BIM coordination efforts, managing project models, and conducting clash detection analyses.
Excellent communication, leadership, and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively engage with clients, consultants, and project teams.
