Position: Senior Architect | Location: Stockport | £37.5k - £47.5k doe
We are currently recruiting for an experienced Senior Architect to join a medium sized RIBA Chartered practice based in Stockport.
Due to a strong pipeline of work, they are on the lookout for a Senior Architect to join with knowledge in the education sector, ideally having worked on projects within this sector before, however, anyone with a passion to work on these types of projects is also of interest.
This RIBA Practice has under 20 members of staff, with varying in experience and expertise. As a practice they have a focusing on ensuring work-life balance, offering early finishes on Fridays (1pm) and a flexible working arrangement during the week.
The Role and Requirements: Senior Architect
Produce information for and sometimes run site meetings at different stages
Previous experience using Revit or working in the Education sector - including Priority School design process and DfE Output Specification.
Strong design and detailing skills for a variety of projects - small extensions/refurbishments to SENDspecific works to large scale new build developments.
Run your own projects and small team
Help mentor junior staff
Experience working on all RIBA Stages.
Confident communicating with all stakeholders, including contractors and clients.
