Job Title**: Senior Analyst Programmer (Infor XA / Mapics)

**Role Summary**:
We're looking for an agile and experienced Senior Analyst Programmer with a background in Infor XA / Mapics, RPG, CLP, and SQL programming. The ideal candidate will contribute to the development and enhancement of our ERP systems and needs to be a trustworthy individual who is approachable and team-oriented.
**Responsibilities**:
- Develop, test, and implement software solutions using Infor XA, RPG, CLP, and SQL.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to refine system requirements.
- Optimize performance of ERP applications and interfaces.
- Mentor junior staff and contribute to collaborative team efforts.
- Handle project management duties as needed.
**Qualifications**:
- 5+ years of relevant iSeries programming experience.
- Proficiency with Infor XA / Mapics ERP solutions.
- Skilled in using IBM Client Access.
- Excellent problem-solving and interpersonal communication skills.
- Agile mindset with the ability to adapt to change.
