Our Public Sector client based in Belfast has a requirement for a Senior Admin Officer to join the team. Our client is located in Belfast City Centre
This role is Temporary ongoing, Monday to Friday from (Apply online only)
In your new role as a Senior Admin Officer, you will be responsible for
-corresponding with service contractors
-ensuring contractor compliance
-writing meeting minutes
-gaining contract feedback from stakeholders and other internal departments
-assisting with drafting business cases
-contract specifications
-pricing schedules and variations
-assisting with contract Management
You are a good fit for this role if you have at least one years Administration experience and high level of experience using MS word and excel
Applicants must have at least 5 GCSE`s at Grades A to C
In return, you will be paid an hourly rate of £12.38 p/h paid on a weekly basis, along with 34 days Annual leave including 12 bank holidays
