Dynamite Recruitment is currently recruiting for a Senior Accounts Manager to join a reputable accounting firm based in Portsmouth on a full-time, permanent basis. This would be a great opportunity for someone who eventually wants to step into a Director/Partner position. You will take ownership of a portfolio of client and lead a team of financial professionals.
The Role:
Responsible for a portfolio of clients ranging in industries
Managing management accounts and bookkeeping for all clients
Identify opportunities for clients to be efficient and utilise systems that will streamline their business finance operation
Monitor and review staff performance and ensure managers are meeting targets/deadlines
Quote for new business and develop your own leads to support with business growth The Ideal Candidate:
Previous experience within a similar role
Experience working within an Accountancy Practice
ACCA/ACA qualified
Staff management and ability to handle all queries Benefits:
