About the Role:
We are looking for a dedicated Senior Accountant to join our team as an Accounts Assistant Manager. You will work closely with the Accounts Manager in a role that offers variety and responsibility. Key responsibilities include:
* Accounts Production
* Corporation Tax and Compliance
* Personal Tax
* Management Accounts for a diverse range of clients, from SMEs to large groups
* Leading significant projects and handling complex accounts
* Developing Accountant Trainees and deputizing for the Accounts Manager
Requirements:
* Qualified or part-qualified ACCA/ICAEW (Study support available)
* Minimum of 4 years’ experience in a similar role as a Senior Accountant
* Strong technical competence as a Senior Accountant
* Proficient in accountancy software (experience with Sage, Xero, and CCH is advantageous)
* Excellent communication skills and personable demeanor
* Must be a permanent UK citizen with full work rights and a full driving licence
