I'm partnering a brilliant business to find an outgoing, collaborative, and proactive Senior Accountant to join their business and play a key part in their ongoing growth.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver Accounting duties including period end, reconciliations, close activities, analysis, audit queries and reporting,
Management of a small team, esnuring accuracy of work and adherence to deadlines,
Identify opportunities for process improvement, collaborating cross-functionally as required,
Support team members, investing in their own development and growth,
Provide first-class customer services across the groups key stakeholders, building and maintaining relationships and contributing to wider organisational goals,

Skills and Experience:

Fully Qualified Accountant,
Active member of an accredited body,
Management experience of small teams,
A focus on process improvement with demonstrable gains,
