Senior Account Manager – Tech - Surrey (Field based/ Remote ) – Perm c£45K basic, £90k OTE uncapped + Car allowance

Are you an experienced Senior level/ Account Manager who enjoys growing existing clients whilst winning new business in the fast-moving world of Saas - UCaaS, CCaaS, cloud and managed services?

This is not a high-pressure, transactional sales environment. We're looking for a consultative, commercially astute relationship builder who can engage at senior stakeholder level, uncover complex business challenges and develop long-term customer partnerships.

The Role

You'll inherit a portfolio of existing customers while developing new revenue opportunities across cloud communications, contact centre, managed services, networking and associated technologies.

Key responsibilities include:

* Managing and growing strategic customer relationships

* Identifying upsell, cross-sell and expansion opportunities

* Developing new business opportunities across target sectors

* Leading customer meetings, workshops and solution discussions

* Building trusted advisor relationships with decision makers

* Working closely with technical and delivery teams to ensure successful outcomes

* Maintaining a healthy pipeline and accurate forecasting

What We're Looking For

3 + years experience selling UCaaS, CCaaS, cloud or managed service solutions

Experience with vendors such as Cisco or similar

Proven ability to manage and grow customer accounts

Strong consultative selling and relationship-building skills

Experience handling complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles

Professional, proactive and customer-focused approach

Full UK driving licence and willingness to visit customers

Occasion office visits in Surrey after initial onboarding

* £40-45,000 basic salary
