£24,000 to £26,000 plus package including Hybrid Working

Our client is a Suffolk based Energy and Utility Management company working for a broad portfolio of commercial entities. The company help commercial companies to reduce energy consumption and help them reduce energy cost. The company have a great reputation for being innovative and customer centred. They are looking for someone who can maintain their values with all dealings to their clients.

You will be working within a small friendly team with the support of an experienced management team. The company offer hybrid working, company pension scheme and personal development plans.

ROLE:

Managing a portfolio of accounts and being the dedicated point of contact, you will:

* Have a customer focussed approach that builds a strong working relationship with the customer, and provides excellent customer service

* Use your excellent communication skills to:

* Work closely with the clients key decision makers to ensure a high level of service delivery

* Work closely with the business development team to support new clients into your portfolio

* Build strong relationships within your client portfolio and maximise each account

* Manage service delivery levels of outsourced service providers

* Utilise your strong data analysis and excel background to:

* Deal with billing, data processing and problems

* Ensure data problems and processes are communicated back to customers in a way that is easy to understand

* Be proactive and pose a solution orientated problem solving ability to identify service development areas, supporting a culture of continuous improvement

* Use your resource planning skills to ensure that all deliverable deadlines are planned and met to a high degree of accuracy

* Be resilient to high volumes of communication and deadlines

CANDIDATE:

* Strong working knowledge of the energy industry in a B2B environment

* Good technical knowledge relating to Gas, electricity or water

* Excel skills to an advanced level

* Good IT skills including Microsoft Office

* Excellent data processing skills

* Driving Licence

* Confident communicator
