Key Responsibilities:
Provide tailored support to individual students and small groups with special educational needs.
Assist in the planning and implementation of personalized learning plans.

Address and manage various learning and behavioural needs effectively.
Requirements:
Experience working with children or young people, ideally in an SEN environment.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Patience, empathy, and a strong dedication to supporting student development.
Ability to collaborate effectively within a team.
Relevant qualifications or training in SEN support (preferred but not mandatory).
