SEND Teaching Assistant – Early Years to KS2
Location: Lichfield
Pay: £95–£110 per day
Start Date: ASAP
⏰ Hours: 8:30am–3:30pm, Monday–Friday
Contract: Full-time, Long-term, Term-time only

TeacherActive is working with a welcoming mainstream school in Lichfield that is looking to appoint a dedicated SEND Teaching Assistant for an immediate start.
The successful SEND Teaching Assistant will provide dedicated support to two children, working across Early Years to KS2. You will help support their academic, social and emotional development, adapting activities to meet individual needs and helping both children access learning confidently.
The successful SEND Teaching Assistant will:
Have experience supporting children with SEND or additional needs
Be confident working with pupils from Early Years through to KS2
Provide individualised support to two children
Support learning, communication, independence and emotional development
Work closely with the class teacher and wider SEND team
Be patient, nurturing and able to build positive relationships
Be available Monday–Friday, 8:30am–3:30pm
Be committed to a long-term, term-time position
