Are you an experienced Teaching Assistant with a passion for supporting children with Special Educational Needs (SEN)?

Lotus Recruitment is seeking dedicated and compassionate Teaching Assistants to join our partnered independent SEN school in Preston this September.
About the Role
You will play a vital role in supporting pupils with a range of additional needs, helping them to thrive both academically and personally. Working closely with teachers and therapists, you will contribute to creating a positive, structured, and inclusive learning environment.
What We’re Looking For
We are specifically interested in candidates who have:
Previous experience working with SEN pupils (essential)
A strong understanding of needs such as Autism (ASC), ADHD, SEMH, or complex learning needs
A calm, patient, and resilient approach
The ability to build positive relationships with pupils who may require additional emotional support
A proactive, team-focused attitude
