Special Needs Teaching Assistant - SEND SCHOOL IN CR0
Are you passionate about helping young people thrive? We're looking for a caring, committed Special Needs Teaching Assistant for a SEND school in CR0. You'll work closely with students who have a range of additional needs, helping them grow in confidence, independence, and achievement.
What you'll be doing
Supporting students with SEND in and out of class
Working 1:1 and in small groups
Helping create an inclusive, positive learning environment
Collaborating with teachers, SENCO and pastoral staffWhat we're looking for
Patience, empathy and a genuine desire to make a difference
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Experience with SEND
A proactive, flexible approach
Must have Enhanced DBS or willing to obtain one
