Are you a passionate Learning Support Assistant (LSA) or SEN Teaching Assistant looking for a rewarding role where you can genuinely change lives?
We're working with a specialist education setting supporting children and young people with a range of Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND). What You'll Be Doing
Supporting pupils with a variety of additional needs
* Providing 1:1 and small group support
* Helping students access learning in a way that works for them
* Building positive, trusting relationships that help pupils thrive
* Supporting behaviour positively and encouraging independence
* Working closely with teachers, therapists and support staff to deliver the best outcomes
What We're Looking For
* Experience as an LSA, Teaching Assistant, SEN TA, Support Worker or similar role
* A patient, resilient and nurturing approach
* A genuine passion for supporting children and young people with additional needs
* Strong communication and teamwork skills
* Someone who wants to make a lasting impact every single day
