Aspire People are currently recruiting for a caring and committed SEND Teaching Assistant to support pupils within a welcoming primary school setting.

This role is ideal for someone passionate about supporting children with additional learning needs and helping pupils build confidence both academically and socially. The school is looking for a patient, nurturing, and proactive individual who can provide consistent support throughout the school day.

The Role:
* Supporting pupils with SEND within the classroom environment
* Working closely with the class teacher and SENCO to support individual learning plans
* Providing 1:1 and small-group intervention support
* Supporting children with communication, emotional, and sensory needs
* Encouraging engagement, independence, and positive behaviour
* Helping create a safe and supportive learning environment

The Ideal Candidate Will:
* Have recent experience working within a UK primary school
* Have experience supporting children with SEND
* Be patient, nurturing, and resilient
* Be confident building positive relationships with pupils and staff
* Have strong communication and teamwork skills
* Be passionate about supporting children to achieve their full potential
