Prospero Teaching is recruiting experienced SEND Teaching Assistants for a fantastic, inclusive primary school in Yardley, Birmingham.
We have a variety of exciting opportunities available across different year groups, with both full-time and part-time positions to suit the right candidates.

What we're looking for:
Previous experience supporting children with SEND in a school setting.
A genuine passion for inclusion and supporting children with additional needs.
Confidence in adapting lessons, activities and resources to meet individual learning needs.
A proactive, flexible approach with the ability to use your own initiative.
The confidence to work independently and provide tailored support.
Strong communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships with pupils and staff.
A patient, nurturing and enthusiastic attitude.
