SEN Teaching Assistant Needed - Stratford-upon-Avon
Are you a caring, patient and enthusiastic individual who is passionate about supporting children with Special Educational Needs (SEN)?
We are looking for a dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant to join a welcoming school in Stratford-upon-Avon, supporting pupils to reach their full potential in a safe, nurturing and inclusive learning environment.
The Role:
Provide 1:1 and small-group support for pupils with additional needs.
Support children with their learning, communication, social skills and emotional development.
Help create a positive, engaging and inclusive classroom environment.
Work closely with teachers and other professionals to meet individual learning needs.
Encourage independence, confidence and personal development.
The Ideal Candidate:
Has a genuine passion for supporting children with SEN.
Is patient, caring, adaptable and enthusiastic.
Has excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Has experience working with children with additional needs (desirable, but not essential).
Is committed to helping every child thrive.
