SEND Teaching Assistant – Secondary Specialist Provision | North Birmingham
£90–£105 per day | Full-Time | Long-Term
Pay rates are dependent on experience, qualifications and suitability for the role, and may vary accordingly.
Some pupils need more than classroom support. They need someone who believes in them.
First For Education is recruiting a dedicated SEND Teaching Assistant for a specialist secondary setting in North Birmingham.
You'll support young people with autism, learning difficulties and additional communication needs, helping them develop confidence, independence and essential life skills.
We're looking for someone who:
Has experience working with children or young people with SEND.
Understands autism and communication differences.
Can provide effective 1:1 and small-group support.
Encourages independence and positive relationships.
