Our team is dedicated to creating inclusive learning environments where every student can thrive and reach their full potential.The Role: As a Special Needs Teaching Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting students with a range of learning needs. Your responsibilities will include:
Providing one-to-one support and assistance to students with special educational needs (SEN) in the classroom.
Collaborating with teachers and SENCOs to implement individualised learning plans.
Supporting students with their academic and social development, fostering independence and confidence.
Assisting with the preparation of materials and resources to support learning activities.Requirements:
Previous experience working with children or young people with special educational needs is essential.
A compassionate and patient approach, with the ability to build positive relationships with students and colleagues.
Strong communication and teamwork skills, with a willingness to collaborate and contribute to a supportive team environment.
