Job Overview:

As a Day-to-Day Teaching Assistant with Tradewind Recruitment, you will play a crucial role in supporting students with special needs and/or Social, Emotional, and Mental Health (SEMH) needs. We work with a variety of schools, including those dedicated to Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND) and alternative provision settings.

Responsibilities:

Provide one-on-one or small group support to students with special needs.
Assist in creating an inclusive and positive learning environment.
Support the teacher in delivering engaging lessons.
Foster positive relationships with students, teachers, and parents.
Adapt to various educational settings, from primary to secondary age groups.

Requirements:

Relevant experience working with students with special needs or SEMH needs.
Flexibility to work on a day-to-day basis.
Passion for making a difference in the lives of students.
Ability to adapt to different school environments.
