SEND Teacher –Prospect House Primary SEN School, ASAP start.

The Supply Register is delighted to be working in partnership with Prospect House Primaryl to recruit an enthusiastic, dedicated, and compassionate SEND Teacher to join their supportive and inclusive team.

About the Role

As a SEND Teacher, you will provide high-quality teaching and support for pupils with a range of additional needs. You will create a safe, nurturing, and engaging learning environment where students can build confidence, develop independence, and achieve their goals.

Key Responsibilities

✅ Plan and deliver engaging lessons tailored to individual pupil needs.
✅ Support students with a range of SEND, including learning, communication, and behavioural needs.
✅ Adapt teaching strategies to ensure all learners can access the curriculum.
✅ Monitor, assess, and celebrate pupil progress.
✅ Work closely with teaching assistants, SENDCOs, families, and external professionals.
✅ Promote independence, confidence, and positive learning behaviours.
✅ Create an inclusive classroom environment where every pupil feels valued.

What We're Looking For

⭐ Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent teaching qualification.
⭐ Experience teaching pupils with SEND.
⭐ Understanding of individual learning needs and personalised support strategies.
⭐ Strong communication, organisation, and classroom management skills.
⭐ A patient, caring, and adaptable approach.
⭐ Commitment to supporting every young person to succeed.
