We are looking for a compassionate and dedicated SEN Teacher with firsthand experience navigating physical disabilities. Your unique perspective will enrich our inclusive learning environment, fostering growth and success for all students.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement tailored lesson plans to meet the diverse needs of students with physical disabilities.
Provide personalized support and accommodations to empower students to reach their full potential.
Collaborate with fellow educators, support staff, and parents to ensure a holistic approach to student development.
Foster a positive and inclusive classroom culture that celebrates diversity and promotes respect and understanding.Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Education or PGCE
Specialization in Special Education or relevant certification.
Proven experience working with students with physical disabilities.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to adapt teaching strategies to meet individual student needs.
