SEND Teacher – Permanent – September 2026 
Are you an experienced SEND Teacher looking for a rewarding permanent opportunity within a specialist setting? Do you want to work in a school with excellent facilities, outstanding resources and a truly supportive team? This exceptional special school is looking to appoint a dedicated SEND Class Teacher for a September 2026 start.

This role will involve teaching either a Key Stage 2 or Key Stage 3 class, depending on the experience and strengths of the successful teacher. You will teach small classes of pupils with Autism Spectrum Condition (ASC) and Moderate Learning Difficulties (MLD), delivering engaging and highly differentiated lessons that support both academic progress and personal development.

The school is known for its welcoming atmosphere, excellent leadership and outstanding team of Teachers and support staff. You will work closely with experienced Teaching Assistants to create a calm, structured and inclusive environment where pupils can thrive.
This role requires previous experience supporting or teaching children with Autism and MLD. The successful candidate will be patient, creative and passionate about SEND education.

Job Role:

Teaching a small Key Stage 2 or Key Stage 3 SEND class
Planning and delivering engaging and differentiated lessons
Supporting pupils with Autism and Moderate Learning Difficulties
Creating a calm, structured and inclusive learning environment
Working closely with Teaching Assistants and specialist staff
Supporting pupils’ communication, independence and confidence
Assessing, monitoring and recording pupil progress
Contributing to EHCP targets and personalised learning plansIn Return You Will:
