Teacher - SEMH School | Winsford

Full-Time | Permanent Position

Competitive Salary - Dependant on Experience

Not every child thrives in a mainstream classroom.

Some pupils need smaller class sizes. Some need consistency. Others need a teacher who understands that behaviour is communication and that relationships come before learning.

A specialist SEMH school in Winsford is looking to appoint a dedicated teacher to join their team on a permanent basis from September. This is an opportunity to make a genuine difference to the lives of young people who have faced significant barriers to education.

The school supports pupils with Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs, Autism, ADHD and additional learning needs. With small class sizes and a strong therapeutic approach, staff are given the time and support needed to build positive relationships and achieve meaningful outcomes.

Applications are welcomed from teacher candidates across all subject specialisms, including English, Maths, Science, Humanities, Geography, History, Religious Education, PE, Art, Design Technology, Computing, Music, PSHE and vocational subjects.

This role would suit a resilient and nurturing teacher who is passionate about inclusive education and committed to helping every pupil reach their potential.
