SEND Teacher – Complex Learning Needs | South Birmingham
£160–£220 per day | Full-Time | Long-Term
Pay rates are dependent on experience, qualifications and suitability for the role, and may vary accordingly.

First For Education is looking for a compassionate, creative SEND Teacher to support pupils aged 11–19 within a specialist school in South Birmingham.
This rewarding opportunity involves working with young people with severe learning difficulties, sensory needs and complex communication challenges.
The ideal candidate will:
Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
Have experience teaching pupils with complex SEND.
Understand sensory-based and personalised learning.
Be confident using alternative communication approaches.
Create engaging, accessible and meaningful learning experiences.
