A calm, patient and nurturing approach

Strong behaviour management and communication skills

The ability to adapt lessons to meet a wide range of learning needs

A commitment to safeguarding and inclusive education

Experience in specialist schools, resource bases, alternative provision, mainstream SEND departments or post-16 SEND settings would be highly beneficial.
