SEND Teacher | Hounslow | Full-Time Opportunity
We are recruiting on behalf of a highly regarded specialist provision in Hounslow seeking an enthusiastic SEND Teacher to join their team.
This role would suit a qualified teacher with experience supporting pupils with complex needs, autism, and communication difficulties.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver engaging and differentiated lessons
Create personalised learning plans
Monitor progress and maintain accurate records
Work closely with parents and multidisciplinary teamsRequirements:
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
Experience within SEND settings preferred
Strong understanding of EHCPs and adaptive teachingLocation: Hounslow
Start: September 2025
Contract: Full-time
