Role and Responsibilities:
As a SEND Teacher, you will play a key role in fostering a positive and inclusive learning environment. Your responsibilities will include:
Planning and delivering effective lessons that cater to the individual needs of students with diverse learning requirements.
Differentiating instruction to accommodate various learning styles and abilities within the classroom.
Collaborating with other educators and support staff to create a cohesive and supportive learning community.
Implementing strategies to support the social and emotional well-being of students with SEND.
Utilising innovative and creative teaching methods to engage and inspire students.Requirements:
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent teaching qualification.
Experience working with students with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND).
Strong understanding of various SEND conditions and effective teaching strategies.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
