We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate SEND TA (PMLD, SLD & Medical) to join our outstanding specialist school in Barnsley. Our school caters to children with PMLD, ASC, and various other types of SEN. With easy access from Rotherham , Doncaster and all over Barnsley our school is committed to providing an inclusive and supportive learning environment for our students.

Responsibilities:

Assist and support students with PMLD, SLD, and medical needs in their learning and daily activities
Collaborate with teachers and therapists to implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
Provide personal care and support, ensuring the well-being and safety of students
Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment

Qualifications:

Relevant experience working with children with PMLD, SLD, and medical needs
Knowledge and understanding of various SEN conditions and strategies for support
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work effectively as part of a team
