Salary: £93 - £110.24 per day (dependent on experience)

Are you a qualified Level 3 Teaching Assistant looking for your next opportunity in Sandwell?
We are currently recruiting enthusiastic and dedicated Teaching Assistants to support a range of primary, and specialist SEN settings across Sandwell and the surrounding areas.
This is an excellent opportunity to work within supportive school environments where you can make a genuine difference to pupils' learning and development.
The Role
As a Level 3 Teaching Assistant, you will:
Support students in the classroom on a one-to-one and small group basis
Assist teachers in delivering engaging lessons
Support pupils with additional learning needs where required
Encourage positive behaviour and participation
Help create an inclusive learning environment that enables all pupils to achieve their potential
Requirements
Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification (or equivalent)
Previous experience working within a school setting
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
A positive, proactive, and adaptable approach
Experience supporting SEN pupils is desirable but not essential
