Are you dedicated to supporting students with special educational needs in a mainstream secondary school? GSL Education is seeking passionate SEND Support Staff to join our team in Greenwich. This role offers a fulfilling opportunity to contribute to the educational development of students with additional needs.

Contract Type: Long-Term Contract, 5 days a week
About the Role:
Provide support to students with special educational needs in a mainstream secondary school environment.
Assist students in accessing the curriculum and participating in classroom activities.
Work collaboratively with teachers and SENCOs to implement tailored support strategies.
Requirements:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Compassion and empathy for students with special educational needs.
Previous experience working with individuals with SEND is advantageous but not essential.
